Design Process - Attention to Detail
Amanda Mujica begins all custom sewing projects with:
- a one-on-one meeting either in person or over the phone,
- followed by sketches (when necessary) and fabric swatches and then,
- all pieces are carefully constructed for long-wear and individual needs
Before we begin any project--from a simple alteration to a unique costume--we will provide you with a quote and a completion date. (On average, custom costumes, garments and large-scale home decorating projects will take 8-10 weeks to complete--some less and others more.) Every custom sewing project is made to order--you'll receive excellent service from start to finish. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges and all custom orders require a 50% down-payment to begin work.
